Echo Bay Marina, in the Overton Arm area of Lake Mead, is a beautiful gateway to the boating fun and beauty that typifies the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Located in the northern part of the Lake, the Marina is approximately 50 miles east of Las Vegas NV; the scenic drive takes visitors through beautiful rock formations that define the area. The Marina features a well-stocked convenience store where visitors can grab a bite to eat and stock up on supplies; fishing licenses, bait, tackle and other sundries are also available.

Unique to this marina are FLOATEL accommodations where overnighters can base their Lake recreation at the Marina-- while having fun on a 67' VIP houseboat that remains docked at the marina during their stay. This is a cost effective way to enjoy water sports from the comfort and security of a fully-furnished, climate controlled houseboat featuring 2 private and 2 semi-private bedrooms. Boats sleep up to 10. Additionally, the Marina rents day boats (hourly, daily or weekly) and also transient overnight slips, long term slips and boat storage. There is a full-service fuel dock and boat repair facility at the Marina too.

There are nearby RV sites at the Marina that include hookups for water, sewer and electricity. Shower, restroom and laundry facilities are also provided. The National Park Service operates two camp grounds at Echo Bay as well. The sites are available "first come, first served" and include tables, grills, water and restrooms for $10 per night. To summarize, Echo Bay offers boaters a launch ramp, boat storage, slip rental and boat repairs--PLUS overnights in a FLOATEL: a fully-furnished houseboat (that accommodates up to 10 ppl. and features a full kitchen, 2 baths w/showers, climate control, comfortable sleeping quarters, and a sundeck). FLOATELS stay docked at the Marina during your stay.

The on-site Marina Store offers groceries, sundries, snacks, fishing supplies/tackle, clothing, books and souvenirs.

Day-boat rentals include fishing boats, patio boats, deck cruisers, Four Winns Ski Boats, and Yamaha Wave Runners (by day, hour, week).

Fuel dock

The Echo Bay Air Strip is approximately 5 miles from the marina; call on Channel 122.8 for pick up. The fully-paved airstrip is 3,400 feet long, sits at 1,534 ft. elevation, and slopes uphill away from the lake. For airstrip information call 702-394-4060.

Enjoy two nearby campgrounds operated by the National Park Service. Sites provide full-hookups for water & electric, picnic tables, grills, etc.—plus restroom, shower and laundry facilities.

Marina, RV park and campgrounds are on the way to/from Nevada's famous Valley of Fire State Park.
